Drop in the Bucket

Church Name: Renaissance Church
How it was used:
December 2009 – Renaissance Church launched a fund-raising campaign called “Drop in the Bucket” to support the development of clean water wells in Haiti. One of the simple ways we encouraged people to participate was to ask them to fill containers with “twoonies” (Canadian two dollar coins) from their spare change. This promo was shown on Sunday morning and made available on the campaign website, waterforhaiti.com.

Drop in the bucket should be sent out to all the churches and organizations helping Haiti. This was excellent and well thought out.
